Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I am in Effingham road and have had no virgin media internet or TV since 26th may. it has been a nightmare in discussing this issue with virgin who fob us off with automated lies for day after day. getting to talk to anyone with any knowledge has proved almost impossible .

they are still taking our money and are refusing to give a full refund. i wonder how many of you are also in this position???? I believe it is a good number of streets including parts of Wightman road.it is back on at the moment hence getting on here to ask for advise or support .

Hi Christina,

We live on effingham and are with Virgin. We have also had no Internet or TV since beginning of June. We have now cancelled with them and they have refunded the money for the time that we have been without the service - I would push for this. Problem now is who to go with as no one seems to be very good!
