Its been terrible for the last month for me too - Sydney Road. I dont know why, too painful to ring them

@harringayonline we have the same problem, service awful for around 2 months. Had engineer, made no difference. Try reboot. #virginmedia

Thanks for advice, I just logged on to the web site (that was down too yesterday!) and Virgin say 'Known fault in your area: logged Thursday, estimated fix time tonight at 8pm'.

The broadband service up here in Tottenham is truly dreadful.
