Virgin Broadband problems
We've had no internet for the past 24 hours - I finally rang this afternoon and they said it was a local problem and would be resolved within one or two days. As you can see, it's back on this evening. They did give me a £5 rebate.
I quite enjoyed the break, but my teenage son nearly went crazy, especially as his phone had been confiscated at school so he had absolutely no way of keeping his social network buzzing...he said it was like having no food!

yes I have experienced the same yesterday.. wasn't that lucky as you were though.. I rang them, someone from the technical dept. from Bangalore answered and kept me on the phone for 20 minutes making me going through a long process where we tried everything, from the basic switch on/off the router, to reset the whole thing via ethernet cable.. to cut it short at the end she announced the router was faulty and need to be changed.. this morning I found it was working again, Namaste..
