Leather 3 seater sofa - bought for £795

Ercol table drop leaf table - could do with a sand and oil - £155 (cleaned up they go for £295 on ebay)

Potato Crate freestanding industrial style shelving unit. Crates have dates ranging from 1976-91 - Sad to see this go but we wont have room for it! - £160

Set of retro style ceiling & wall lights (1 x ceiling light and 3 sets of double wall lights) - £45
