There's a huge room at St Mellitus on Tollington Park.

Have you tried Lordship rec Hub. There a few rooms that are used for different classes. Lovely space.

Most schools hire their gyms etc in the evenings or at weekends - South Harringay does & I'm sure others do too.

[And apologies for my lack of response!]

I checked out all the recommended venues & have secured the South Harringay Junior school as a regular space for a weekly class.

So anyone interested in learning self defence should come and check it out!
