Ventilation Installation - builder/tradesperson needed

We have had a damp assessment completed and the course of action is to install a ventilation fan in our cellar / sub floor. It will require installing a fan and wiring electrics. 

We are in need of someone to help with this ASAP. If you or someone you know is capable of executing this work, please share.
