Slow cooked Morrocan Lamb stew with meltingly tender meat and aubergine and chickpeas in a rich tomato sauce .......its sounding nice isnt it ?
Served with mint and coriander infused Bulghar wheat and fresh salad

Slow cooked mushrooms in rich red wine sauce served on garlic bread with broccoli and saute potatoes
