Due to a last-minute drop-out, a room has become available again slap bang in the middle of Crouch End - it is available for rental from June 1, so we are having viewings the evening on Saturday, May 25. The first person to say they want it, and whose references check out, gets the room! (note that landlord won't accept anyone out of work, and that it's difficult for anyone who isn't on a regular fixed income - actors, musicians etc - to pass estate agent's requirements).

- very close to lovely shops, pubs and cafes of Crouch End 
- excellent transport links - minute's walk from W7 bus stop which gets you to Finsbury Park tube and overground in just over 5 mins. Around 10 mins on the bus to Archway for Northern Line.

- part of a Victorian house: the flat has a warm homely feel, with rooms on different levels, which makes it feel spacious 
- includes a large kitchen and cosy front room
- the room available has great storage for a medium sized room, is very quiet and peaceful and has neutral decor. It overlooks a quiet street, trees and other houses.
