URGENT- Evidence needed for Agora hearing TOMORROW!

Dear All

Please see request below for letters as supporting evidence to prevent the proposal for the Agora gaming centre to open 24-hours per day. If you have witnessed any instances of men gathering outside, residents feeling intimidated, rubbish caused by their customers, etc ... anything you can write in about please could you forward letters of objection to Ian Sygrave, Chair of LCSP. His email address is lcsp@blueyonder.co.uk. Letters will need Agora adult gaming centre in the subject heading and should be addressed to whom it may concern. Ian will need the letters by Tuesday 24 November.

I have had a phone call from Ian Sygrave Chair of LCSP. He is opposing (on behalf of residents) the proposed 24 hrs opening of the Agora gaming centre.
The hearing is on Tuesday but Ian does not have enough evidence from residents to support this opposition. He needs evidence, like groups of men gathering outside, residents feeling intimidated, rubbish caused by their customers, etc ... anything you have witnessed or can write in about?
I know this is hardly the right time to ask you to do this, but if you could spare a few minutes to write a letter and email it to Ian lcsp@blueyonder.co.uk .
If you are able to do this, if you could put re agora adult gaming centre in the subject heading and address the letter to whom it may concern?
