Thanks Ed. Unfortunately I think a WM is just too big & heavy. Nowhere to store & I’d find it hard to move. Thank you anyway!!

You can ask for broken items on your local recycling/reuse #ilovefreegle.org groups Members arrange mutually convenient times to pick up and there's a free App No money involved just give or take

You're welcome there's also #Freecycle which have groups locally I run Enfield Freegle we have around 11,000 members and actively encourage people to offer broken white and electrical goods usually for spare and repair but no reason why they can't be for tinkering
