Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Urban & street art gallery, Finsbury Park

I picked up on the wires about some talk about new works at Gallery 90, a fairly local gallery (about 5 mins south of Finsbury Park Station).

I'd never heard of it before. Anyone been there?

A quick Google gives me comments like:

"Really unusual selection of street art and sculpture. irregular opening hours so best to ring first. Well worth a rummage."

The gallery also has a nearby exhibition space which they let for urban / street art exhibitions.

This is the Gallery on Mountgrove Road I presume?

 

Been there a few times, having been a former resident, and knowing the owners :-)

I've been there once. It may be interesting for street art lovers (I'm one of them) but it my opinion street art has better impact on the streets than in a gallery.

I have been in Harringay for around 2 yrs, and the Gallery was open before that.

 

Must agree with Neil, as the "Street Art" definately works, and always raises a few eyebrows!
