Update re hire car options in Haringey 2022

There used to be a thing called Hiyacar, a "peer to peer" car rental service - basically, paying to borrow other people's cars. It was pretty good - then they had trouble with their insurer and the cost more than doubled. But they may have sorted it out by now, I don't know.

I'm still using Hiyacar and It's a cheaper option than Zipcar for whole day hire.
