Keen cyclist? Take part in this ultimate one-day challenge and help transform the lives of young people through sport.

Cyclists have the choice of tackling either a testing 115 mile route or a challenging 60 mile half route.

The carefully planned route devised by respected tour veteran and sportive organiser Andy Cook will take in some of the best cycling London and the surrounding areas have to offer. Route highlights include starting at Herne Hill Velodrome, climbing up the iconic Box Hill, cycling past Windsor and Eton, through the Chilterns and finishing at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre.
