Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

fonesforsafety® is a London-based, nationwide project which delivers reconfigured 999-only fonesforsafety® mobile phone alarms to victims of domestic violence, providing them with a lifeline to vital support services during high-risk emergency situations.

fonesforsafety® is supported by the Home Office, GLA, Association of Chief Police Officers and London Met Police, as well as Comic Relief and the City Bridge Trust amongst others.

Donating phones

This project is sustained by donations of mobile phones of any age, make or condition from the general public, and also from organisations and large corporations. Donated phones that fit performance specifications are reconfigured into fonesforsafety® phone alarms – while others are recycled, generating income to help sustain the project and pay for more reconfigured fonesforsafety® phone alarms to be made.

Donating your unwanted/old phone towards fonesforsafety® is simple and is at no cost to yourself – simply put it in an envelope or box and post it to this freepost address:

fonesforsafety® c/o CRISP
FREEPOST 15948
London SE17 1BR

Alternatively, if you have many phones, fonesforsafety® are happy to provide a collection bin, dropped off and collected free of charge.
