Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Two bedroom garden flat available end of april
We are moving out of our two double bedroom garden flat at the end of April.
Nice flat lots of transport links and in Harringay.
Good condition and part furnished we will be having it painted and cleaned as soon as we move out. Modern kitchen and bathroom, nice garden in good upkeep. We are looking for 1300 plus bills. Might be amenable to a temporary rent adjustment for the right tennents.

Yes it is chock full of moving boxes right now but will get pics over by Friday. It is two full-size double bedrooms, a living room and a modern bathroom and kitchen, wood floors, catflap, its own garden. It is Salisbury Road just off green lanes.

Would this be long term? Are you the landlord? How much is the deposit and what references do you need and when would this ideally be available? Me and my partner live in Harringay but we had a difficult time with my flatmates respecting the social distancing guidelines so we are looking for a place just for the two of us, especially now that we are working from home, although as you can imagine this is a strange time to be moving. We’re both employed, although he has been furloughed. We’re clean and tidy and we are not smokers and we do have some furniture already. Let me know if you have any questions for us!
