Bokashi is a Japanese method to turn absolutely all of your food waste (the only exception is bones), including meat and fish, into compost.

These would normally sell for £50 for a pair of bins with 1kg of bran:

I am including:

-two airtight bins with drainage mesh and taps in excellent condition

-a large bucket of fermented bran (at least 5 kilos)

-kit to make several kilos more (sack of plain bran and bottle of EM-1). All you need is molasses or black treacle

This is enough femented and plain bran to last you at least a few years!

I have been successfully using the system for a couple of years and only selling my bokashi kit as I have started using a hotbin.
