Turnpike Lane "Improvement" Works
Does anyone know when the paving work outside Turnpike Lane is scheduled to be finished?There are several sections unfinished, surrounded by portable fencing and gathering litter. No work seems to be in progress at all. I can't seem to find a relevant email address at the council to raise the question. Depressing.

The whole process of works in the area appears to have been incredibly badly managed. When the traffic lights were ripped up at the start of the works, temporary lights replaced them for about a year despite there being no apparent works on the road for many months. The process seems to go in phases where a bit of work gets half-done and then left for a couple of months. As you say, depressing.
