Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Travelers in Downhills park.
Do they have an agreement with Haringey council, as nobody seems to be moving them on.

I spoke with the 2 Council officers who visited the travellers on Monday or Tuesday morning to start the process which was to ask them to leave. I don't remember the details but I think she said that next the plod served something and the travellers would be gone by the end of the week.
They haven't gone yet. It's a pain trying to walk the dog with vehicles crisis crossing the field. And why the Council keep simply replacing the padlock I don't know.

Given they don’t secure the gate properly each time I am assuming that they aren’t that bothered. It’s more than every year that a group parks there.

Went by the other day, tbf the travellers vehicles were all parked very neatly and the place was spotless. The legal enforcement of LAs to provide serviced sites was abolished and needs to be reinstated.
