Tradespeople & professional recommendations (and helping the website)

I realised a couple of days ago that I hadn't gone through and tagged all the "Tradespeople & professional recommendations" for quite some while - since Autumn 2010 in fact.

That will likely have meant that people looking for someone through our main "Tradespeople & professional recommendations" centre, or indeed through any other route won't have been linked to the most recent recommendations. (For which my ever so 'umble apologies.)

Well now it's fixed and I'll try and keep on top of it a bit more this year.

By the way, we now have hundreds of recommendations across almost 90 categories of trades and professions.

If there's a recommendation you have, now's a great time to add it. if there's already a discussion in the appropriate category, why not add it to an existing post; you don't have to create a new one.

Equally If there's someone you need to get something done, take a browse through who your neighbours are recommending.

While I'm on this, there are lots of jobs like tagging the recommendations (and other) posts that need doing on the website. All these little things help make the site more useful for Harringay and surrounding areas. Liz and I struggle to find the time to do everything we'd like to. So if you've some spare time and would be happy to help out with thrilling tasks like tagging, categorising etc, we could use your help from time to time or on an ongoing basis.
