Tottenham Homelessness Shelter Crowdfunding Improvements

Last November I wrote about a NEF report which told the story of how the Highway of Holiness community church in Tottenham has seen numbers using its service sky-rocket.

Today, with demand keeping up the pressure on funding, the charity is trying crowdfunding as a way of addressing their financing shortfall. 

The charity are seeking just over £12,000 to: 

• upgrade the living space for residents
• insulate the whole building
• upgrade drainage system to handle the heavy use of the shower and toilet and kitchen
• renovate the shower
