Tottenham Green Leisure Centre - chlorine leak
Apparently there has been a chlorine leak at Tottenham Green and according to people who there some have become ill and the staff response was shambolic.
I haven't been to the pool for ages myself, but those who have tell me that it is filthy and cold. I've also heard of staff being incredibly rude, even to children.
Among families who use the pool there is a strong feeling that Fusion should not be allowed to run it any longer. (The issue comes up on a local parents' forum on a regular basis.)
I know that there are some councillors on this group, so if someone can tag them in to this post I'd appreciate that.

They once made me wait 30 mins for the beach pool to open and when I went in with my then 8 month old I was told by the lifeguard it as closed.. eventually they allowed us in but we only last a few minutes as it was so cold my sons lips and cheeks went blue. I never returned but reading the latest news of the chlorine leak makes me so angry that the shambolic management of this place has been allowed to continue and resulted in people requiring ambulances!

I resorted to using park road pool when London fields was shut for refurb, and yes they are also run by Fusion, and a complete shambles. What a relief when I could go back to “Better” facilities. So so much better even if it means a 30min cycle rather than using local rubbish Fusion
