Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Was scrolling through 'weekly' planning apps last night and came across an application to turn the (closed) toilets by Finsbury Park into cafes. One is next to Manor House tube station, the other by another park entrance. Wonder if the new owners, if successful, will provide toilets for their customers.

And there's always Harringay Passage
Funnily enough I see many more people pissing against a tree in Duckett's common than I do in the passage. In fact the count is like 100-0. By the time you've walked halfway up a ladder road, surely you're close enough to where you should pee.
Are you happy with the design Anne and the change of use? Do you think it would have been better to have the toilet block brought back into use as public toilets?
Fair enough I guess re 'loss of facilities' and agree re the illuminated sign. Assume they will be kept to park hours ... or maybe they are planning to open out onto Green Lanes (if I have the right building, by the bus stop)?
I find that when I show my bum though peeps get a bit scared

Imagine they get a little pink in the face with embarassment.

Maybe the council wants to encourage it's citizens to use mobile solutions.
