Thursday menu - we are going gourmet..

Yes this week we are going all gourmet on you as we have been given Guinea Fowl and Pheasant this week !!

So we are going to do a pot roast with cider, cream and sage served with cabbage and apples and sliced  potatoes roasted in stock.

or if youd rather something lighter how about pesto pasta salad- you can have it with the potatoes as well if you wish !!
