Sticking with
this morning's theme of cinematic history in the borough, people can step back in time with a new exhibition at Wolves Lane Nursery in Wood Green.
The Kinoscope Parlour features re-creations of the 19th century invention which revolutionised the way people could view images and film.
The machines will feature work by early cinema pioneers including Thomas Edison and the Lumière brothers. Each machine shows a selection of early films and features part of London’s cinema history.
Twelve peephole machines are being showcased across London as part of the 3rd Fashion Film Festival.
Further details are available at

The exhibition being held in
the Palm House at Wolves Lane until November 28.
Once this project finishes at Wolves Lane, Bruce Castle Museum will be getting a loan of the kinoscope for a forthcoming cinema exhibition at the museum about the Phoenix Cinema.
