Three bedroom flat on Grand Parade available January to June

Hello -

My wife and I are currently spending some time out in L.A. for work and currently looking for tenants for our flat on Grand Parade as a medium-term let from c. 5th January until mid-June (we're reasonably flexible). It's a cosy and light-filled family home with three decent-sized bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi, Netflix, etc. And you all know how delightful and well-connected the area is.

We'd ask for £2000 per month, which would include all bills etc. But happy to negotiate.
