Hello there -

My wife and I are looking to rent out our three bedroom home on Grand Parade from Sat 23rd October. It'sbeen our family home for the last few years: it's spacious and bright plus within easy walk of Manor House, Harringay and Harringay Green Lanes stations. Would suit, say, three professionals sharing, or a young family.

We're looking for longer-term tenants, but have had to move quite quickly, so we're happy to consider shorter term offers in the meantime. Can be a bit flexible on price in that instance.
