New Yoga Beginners Course starting 27th April in Mattison Road
I'm pleased to announce that from 27th of April I will be running a Yoga beginners course in Mattison Road N4 (above the swimming baths). This course will be suitable for completely beginners and for practitioners who would like to revisit the foundations of their practice.
8 Weeks Beginners Course
Sundays :10:30-11:40 am
April 27th- June 15th
£65 for the course, £10 drop in (if the space permits)
I also run regular classes locally for mixed level:
Dynamic Hatha Flow
Mondays: 5: 45 pm & 7-8 pm, Mattison Road N4
Hatha Flow
£9 drop in / £ 75 for 10 classes voucher that can be used any time and in any of my classes.

I recommend this class completely to anyone looking for a teacher in haringey. Noemi is a kind and excellent teacher and I have learnt so much during the time i have practiced with her. I was a complete beginner when I started but now i really do feel so many benefits from this class. The classes are mixed, all ages and levels with a very friendly atmosphere. Do give it a try, Im sure you will be back! Thankyou noemi!

Noemi loves being a teacher and loves this form of yoga practice - and it shows. Her classes are both energising and relaxing and she creates an atmosphere that is at once warm and supportive. I had done various types of yoga before and am so pleased to have found this regular class. Outside of the sessions I have noticed that I have less tension in my upper back and I look forward to each one as an opportunity to de-stress, unwind and stretch. Magic!
