Sorry to hear that Jo - and thanks for the warning! Were they in the bit where you're supposed to leave buggies, by the door and next to the toilet?

Hi Gillian, yes it was in the porch area by the entrance where we were told to leave the scooter.  The swim school are telling people not to bring anything of value to the pool anymore.  It's thoroughly depressing that people are stealing from our children at a place where they are supposed to be learning ... my son is now fearful to go back to swimming.

That's awful, cause the thief would have had to  walk right up the path to get there.  Sorry about your scooter. Having lost a scooter and a buggy in one go once I can feel your pain, and it's horrible for a child.

It's a nice thought to think it wasn't a parent/guardian who's child was there swimming Gillian, but it's just possible that it was.
