Theatre planned for Finsbury Park, 2012

S'all happenin' the other side of the park.

The Park Theatre will be a 200 seat main house with a flexible black box studio and is due to open in 2012. It will be located in an old office block by the Wells Terrace exit of Finsbury Park tube/rail/bus station.

The planning application will be submitted in mid-July, with a decision expected in October.

This theatre will be the 'easiest to get to theatre using public transport' of all time.

Are they talking about the parade of offices on the island bordered by the bus garage, Seven Sisters Road and the bowling alley?

I assumed on the left after going under the bridge on Stroud Green Road.

Hope they're designing in sound insulation to suppress tube / train noise :-)
