The perfect flatmate

Hi All,

We're a married couple with a two and a half year old daughter living in a two bedroom flat. To make ends meet we've had a flatmate in the second bedroom - so no lounge (that's now the babies room) with a good sized kitchen and bathroom to share.

And she has been the greatest flat mate ever! Great company, patient, understanding. Excellent sense of humor. Really a part of the extended family. Now she has to leave (for personal reasons of her own) and we just can't imagine getting anyone as good.

What do you all think?

What would you look for in the perfect flat mate in our situation?

that is brilliant

and so cheap, maybe \i should let my nice know as she is alwasy struggling trying to afford places to rent, and she is a perfect tenant as never there, and doesnt drink much- just sits on the internet as the young do, and totally lovely
