Thanks to our great plumber, Charlie Rumens

Just a public note of thanks to our (continuing) excellent plumber, Charlie Rumens.  He once again came over after his workday ended and rescued failing plumbing (this time with our dishwasher, but previously has repaired several other things in the past).  We'd tried a number of troubleshooting tracks on our own, including with Bosch's help but he cheerfully had it up and running within 15 minutes.  Also a really lovely (and local) guy.
