Just a quick note to say a big thank you to whoever it was that prompted Julian at maintain eco to get in touch re tiling crisis. In the end I was rescued by the trusty Ewan Alexander - recommended elsewhere on these pages. Thanks to all of you who replied so promptly and positively :)) Claudia
