Tennis - playing and Lessons
Hello all
I would like to make most of the tennis courts that we have available in the parks nearby, mainly Chestnuts Park, but Downhills Park and Finsbury Park also have tennis courts.
Is anybody interested in playing? I'm still new to the sport and at beginner level.
We are also looking for a coach who will give tennis lessons in the above mentioned parks. Has anyone got any recommendations?

Hello. I would like to start playing tennis - in the gentlest possible way. I'm not fit and I've never played much at all but if I could find someone around the same level - to knock back and forth with id be happy. I'd also like a bit of coaching.

Hi Sara, that's great. Evenings after work and weekends early is normally best for me. I say early-ish at the weekends because that's best to get a court without having to wait.
Have you looking into finding a coach yet? I have started but not been very successful so far..

Hi! I often play at Chestnut Park/Finsbury park and I am looking for new tennis friends too! Usually I play with my boyfriend but we are looking for meet new people... We are both lower intermediate level with some lessons taken in the past. It would be great to arrange something together!

In Priory Pk between 11-1 every Saturday there are free tennis lessons.
