David Lammy is keen to get residents to apply for this scheme. It's been included in his most recent newsletter

Happy to help out distributing the survey list and with trafffic managment if its not too far from Fairland Park .

Thats the same file name as the doc i've attached to the top post about this so its probably the same as that.
