Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Temporary Accommodation Whilst Works Undertaken - April, May & June 2017
I appreciate this is still some time away, but my girlfriend and I will be undertaking an extension to our flat on the ladder and we are seeking temporary accommodation whilst the works are undertaken between April, May and June.
We are open to all options including renting a 1 bedroom flat, studio or self-contained annex and would consider anywhere in Haringey or Islington. We'd also be very happy to house sit for someone if this was an option.
We are a non-smoking professional couple in our early 30's and we are very considerate. We don't have a fixed budget but we'd clearly like to find something which is reasonable value for money and ideally on an inclusive basis so we will not need to arrange utilities during this period.
If you or your friends are aware of anything suitable then please do let us know. We may need an element of flexibility around the dates depending on the precise timings of the works commencing and completing.

Substantial furnished room (with double bed, desk and wardrobes) for rent in a large beautiful house next to Downhill's Park in N17.
The house is located between Tottenham Hale, Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane tube stations.
There are currently two other tenants (mature professionals) living in the house and everyone shares the kitchen / dining room, sitting room & garden, plus bathroom and separate shower room.
Rent £600 inclusive of all bills and is available from mid Jan 2017.
