Unable to receive Friday ketchup as HOL not using my new email address, after being informed of it, so I get no replies to my posts.

Val, I think you're misremembering. I've replied to every single one of your messages and emails. You recognised that in this post. The issue is that you need to change your email. I posted about this two weeks ago, explaining this and giving you a link to change your email. If you have trouble with tech stuff, I can help, but with I can't do it unless you send me your password.
