The "taskers" are treated and paid poorly, the rating system is skewed towards the person hiring, so you cannot give an employee a bad review for being too demanding, asking fir things outside of the scope, refusing to pay even if job is done well.
Everyone I know who has been a "tasker" (everything from house cleaning, to handy work to nannying), has been shafted and often not paid. I only speak for the London experience.
