Used phone internet to get through and advised it was a local BT ( Carrier ) Exchange issue

Just returned

Word of Warning TalkTalk customers Service line is no longer included in phone packaged

Now costs £2.60 per minute to access

During out age. Hot connected to my phone. As have a unlimited internet connection deal

Worked well
