studio space Chocolate Factory N22

I've just moved into very nice studio in Chocolate Factory, Wood Green and i'm looking for someone to share the space. Rent would be £75.00 per month - there is already someone to share the space two evenings a week and some weekend time.

I use half the space and someone else (A) is renting part of the other half - a quarter share in effect. So i am looking for a third sharer. A will be very part time - maximum 2 evenings per week and a few hours on one of the weekend days, so the other sharer could have the space to him/herself if coming in week days and if A isn't around - which, realistically she wont be much of the time.
There is a pay as you go arrangement on the kiln - see services offered - but if you're sharing you pay only the electricity and a much smaller amount for wear and tear.
Would suit newish graduate developing new work, anyone doing a specific project, anyone wanting studio space part time, experienced hobby potter, or artist who'd like to work with clay but doesn't own a kiln.
