Hello,

I can recommend Grant Wright Associates LLP their number 0208 440 8808. I paid over £1000 for a report.

Can I be nosey, if you dont mind, just wondering why you are requesting a survey? I done my survey because of HGV coming up Mattison road.

Thanks Bulent.  I have dodgy wall. But it has nothing to do with HGVs. 1 thousand Wow. might be cheaper just rebuilding the wall.

I used Ray Timson of DMC Consulting Engineers on Stoke Newington Church Street. Tel 020 7275 8185. Cost £600 for a structural survey of 2BR flat. He's exactly what you'd epect a structural engineer to be like.

We used Ray from but weren't so pleased with him. He charges £200 just to come and have a look at our property. A lot of his assumptions were incorrect.
