Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hello All

There was a very skinny stray-looking cat on Burgoyne today. It wasn't walking well, was hunched over, looked quite dirty and was very hungry. It woolfed down three pouches of food in a minute or so. I managed to catch it and it has gone to the vet who will treat it and take it to an animal shelter. It didn't have a chip.

I assumed it was stray because of the way it was unwell, meowing for food and seemed starving. I asked some of the neighbours who also said it seemed stray and had been hanging around for days.

If it is your cat, I am very sorry to have assumed it was stray! Please contact me ASAP.

I have everything crossed that I have not just taken someone's cat to the vet! eeeek!

Well done, I'm cat sitting at the moment, so cats are on my mind at the mo.
Was it an older cat, a friend lost a long haired, black and white female cat,
cute ears, fluffy white back legs?

No not that one. It was mainly black with 4 white paws and a little white on its chest. We thought it was Simba who went missing on Stapletonhall Road (there are posters up) but Simba's owner confirmed it wasn't him before we took the cat to the vet.

Well done for helping the poor little cat! I wish everyone would microchip their cats.
