Stolen Wheelie Bin , can't believe it !

Hi All

Was just about to put the rubbish out and noticed the wheelie bin gone. 

Totally supprised as I never had one stolen ever.

Phoned up the council and got put through to someone who said this is a regular occurence in the area.

A replacement bin should arrive within 10 days. 

Also phone 101 (new police non emergency number) just to let them know.

Not sure if people secure their bins , this time I leave right next to the window .
