Noise levels in ground floor flats on Harringay Road

Hi Folks,
I'm looking at buying on harringay road and wondered what the noise levels on the terrace ground floor flats are like? I'm thinking they must all be roughly the same in terms of build and conversion..

Do you find you can hear noise from the person above? How well have the conversions been done? Do you find you can hear footsteps?

If you get one of the half houses, the walls are made of cardboard. We used to be able to hear everything next door, it was the most awful experience. Moved as soon as it was possible. It was like your neighbours were in the same room.
