SoulFoodGirls Supperclub - anyone else been/going?

I attended this wonderful new supper club at on Saturday, and just wanted to put in a good word here for Becca and Elly who run the event on a monthly basis. They've now been running the event for three months from their Tottenham living room, and have quickly built up a really friendly and intimate event with some fantastic cuisine and an atmosphere you won't find in many restaurants. They also have a cat, which I personally consider to be a bonus...

The theme is "African/Caribbean/'sort of' European inspired food", which for most diners involves a lot of curry goat: I'm told this is superb, but was also well catered for as a veggie. The little extras they do are amazing as well though, and the jamaican spiced popcorn went down particularly well.

So if any of you guys ever feel like a night out in the wilds of N17, I've got to say that this has got to be the best night out in Tottenham I've had, and the next event looks well worth checking out! They were also featured in the Guardian this weekend, so I can see the July event being pretty popular... anyone else planning on making the trip?
