Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hello All

For anyone interested in having a sing every week, I run a small community choir called SONGWORKS at the Union Church on Ferme Park road/Weston Park Junction during term time on Wednesday evenings. The emphasis is very much on enjoyment rather than the perfect sound, (though we do end up sounding great!). You don't need to read music, there are no auditions. You just need to want to sing. Especially welcome are people who were told that they couldn't sing when they were at school. All voices blend in somehow and you will enjoy the freedom of using your voice. Also singing is REALLY good for your health and wellbeing.

Last term we sang songs from the Beatles, The Kinks, Steeleye Span in three part harmonies as well as songs from around the world.

Adults of all ages are welcome as well as older children. It could be a lovely thing to do with your teenager. Parents with babes in arms also welcome.

First session is free, see if it's for you. After that £6/£8.

Do phone if you want to chat about coming 07957 646465 Denise

Hope to see you soon.

Sounds great - Why not come and sing at the Harringay Market when you are established

Good luck with it all

xx marika

Thanks very much Marika, yes, it really is great (i know I am biased but...).

I am sure we will be singing at Harringay Market in the near future.
