Someone to install a gymnastic pole ?

The daughter of a friend of mine is very keen on gymnastics and wants  a vertical pole in the family flat so that she can practice at home. Obviously safety is the prime concern. Is there anyone out there who could do the installation or can anybody recommend a competent handyman/woman  ?
