'They don't make em like this anymore'. Location: Harringay Ladder N4 - This sofa/bed is in great condition and will easily last for 50 years. Cushions are handmade and the mattress is only 2 years old. Easy to open and close and is very sturdy. Though it's a sofa/bed, it has never been used as a bed. It will need to be dismantled to get out of the flat, but I have the original assembly instruction manual.
