Solid oak door, damaged but fixable - free to collect

This is a new door, solid oak 1981 x 762 x 35mm, £200+ to buy

It was badly installed (not by me!) and there are a few screw bodies (?not heads?) lodged in where the hinges were attached, also some damage to both bottom corners and next to one handle.

Could be fixed by fitting oversize hinges perhaps? Or by some substantial trimming.

Shame to send it to the tip.
