Skylight cleaning

Hi there - we had a loft conversion around 8 years ago.

A rounded skylight has started to look a bit worse for wear, with some mould.

Wondered if anyone knows someone who is willing and able to come in and clean it - with a ladder long enough to reach up to the ceiling?
