Single electric under counter oven wanted

Hi, the electric oven in our new flat is broken, it only has 1 setting -EXTREME HEAT and is therefore very difficult to use to cook in. Most things end up burned on the outside and raw in the middle. If anyone has a spare electric oven that is in working order I would be eternally grateful.
